Entitlement Support is a critical phase in many civil engineering projects that involves the initial planning, design, and analysis of the project. During this phase, C3 Civil Engineering gathers and analyzes information related to the project, such as code review and agency jurisdiction, as well as determines the process in order to obtain land use approval. We will develop initial design concepts and project plans, which are then refined based on agency and stakeholder input. Entitlement Support provides a foundation for subsequent phases, such as detailed design and construction, and helps ensure that projects are viable, sustainable, and cost-effective.
