Thomas is a seasoned civil engineer with more than 25 years of experience designing and managing a diverse range of development projects. His experience spans projects ranging from 0.5-acre sites to large-scale developments of more than 120 acres across multiple states, including California, Washington, Arizona, and Idaho. Throughout his career, Thomas has worked across a variety of project types, including mixed-use, hospitality, residential, industrial, commercial, and educational developments.

With a deep-rooted family background in engineering, Thomas brings a strong technical foundation, proven leadership, and an unwavering commitment to excellence to every project. His ability to navigate complex challenges, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a focus on practical, high-quality solutions has been instrumental in delivering successful projects for clients and communities.

Thomas earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, providing the foundation for a career built around thoughtful design, problem-solving, and a commitment to the engineering profession.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. When he has the opportunity to get away, he can often be found pursuing his passion for soccer, camping and off-roading or overlanding in his 4Runner.
