As part of the design team for this in-fill townhome project in a highly popular, greenbelt-adjacent area of rapidly redeveloping Garden City, Idaho, C3 Civil Engineering provided civil site design services as well as coordination with multiple local agencies. The site design challenged our designers to come up with creative solutions for grading and drainage, utility design, and working within FEMA floodplains to find the perfect solution for affordable, 20 unit, multi-family living in a dense urban area.
