Ridgeview Estates is a residential community in Mayfield, Idaho, designed to embrace the area’s wide-open spaces and access to outdoor recreation while providing convenient connectivity to the greater Boise area. C3 Civil Engineering provided civil site design services to support the development of the community, including grading and drainage, septic and well coordination, and roadway infrastructure. The project required thoughtful planning to integrate the development with the surrounding terrain while creating a functional, well-connected community that complements the natural character of the area.
