The Fox Block project is a multi-phase redevelopment designed to support increased activity within a growing commercial district in Fullerton. Phase one includes a new parking structure replacing an existing surface lot to expand parking capacity for nearby retail and entertainment uses. Future phases will redevelop adjacent properties into new restaurant and retail spaces, while reconfiguring a through-street into a cul-de-sac to improve pedestrian connectivity between surrounding destinations. C3 Civil Engineering provided grading, drainage, and street improvement plans to support the phased development and enhance overall site functionality.
