Brian Anderson brings more than 30 years of civil engineering, project leadership, and personnel management experience to C3 Civil Engineering. Throughout his career, he has designed and managed a diverse range of development projects, including commercial centers, high-density residential communities, and large-scale industrial developments across both challenging hillside sites and flat-land terrain.

In addition to his extensive technical experience, Brian has a proven ability to build, organize, and lead high-performing engineering teams. He takes pride in mentoring and developing design staff while establishing the processes and collaboration necessary to consistently deliver high-quality work. His practical approach to engineering and project management helps guide projects from early conceptual planning through construction documents while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, and cost-effective solutions.

Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, providing the technical foundation for a career spanning more than three decades in civil engineering and land development.
